Gratitude

I’m always happiest when I practice gratitude. Studies show that starting and ending your day with this practice make you happier. Sometimes I find it hard to keep up with, just because of the pace of my day. But I got an awesome joy journal from a friend and mentor, and my plan is to keep it on my night stand right next to a pen so I don’t have any excuses.

In her 90 day challenge, Rachel Hollis says to write 10 things you are grateful for. Sometimes it’s easier than other days to list 10. But it’s good practice to focus on the positive notes and write. them. down. Because I have so much more to be grateful for than I realize sometimes.
